Music Artists Blink 182 blink-182 is the name of a Southern California Punk Pop band that was formed in 1992 by Tom Delonge, Mark Hoppus and Scott Raynor in the northern San Diego suburb of Poway, California. Homeowners Association A Homeowners association is an organization comprised of all owners of units in the development. The vast majority of them are incorporated and are therefore governed by a board, which is a private government. Real Estate Investment Trusts A Real Estate Investment Trust or REIT (rhymes with treat) is a tax designation for a corporation investing in real estate that reduces or eliminates corporate income taxes. The REIT structure was designed to provide a similar structure for investment in real estate as mutual funds provide for investment in stocks. Real Estate Developers A real estate developer (American English) or property developer (British English) makes improvements of some kind to real property, thereby increasing its value. The developer may be an individual, but is more often a partnership, limited liability company or corporation. There are two major categories of real estate development activity: land development and building development (also known as project development).
