Answer: The answer is very simple. The main motto is to get the best possible accommodation component is affordable price. You may not be able to get the facilities of gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, and community hall with you owned house. So what’s bad to get those facilities in some affordable price with accommodation, though they are the shared property?

Answer: Firstly look for the good accommodation facilities rather than the other facilities. Secondly, be sure if the condo is legally cleared or not. Thirdly, talk to the condo-board to know each and every shared property properly. Fourthly, choose the condo with low tenant to owner ratio.

Answer: Pros first! As mentioned condos provide some other facilities, which you may not be able to get with your owned eyes.
